I have been advocating IV to many of my friends, Most of them are shown interest on the Information only, but when it comes to the contribution they show least interest on it and expect some one else to take part in it. It�s very hard to convince them, but I am not tired and I will keep on pursuing them.

mate long gaps between filing is not an issue at all. save your self some money by filing it yourself. Efile is easiest but keep in mind you will have to go to your nearest immigration office once they send you appt info for your pic to be taken and also your other family members.

But I think it's thanks to CBN who pulled the consulate to Hyd when they were debating to have the consulate in Hyd or Bangalore. From what I know YSR govt just boomed up the realty prices but nothing else, though realty went up in other parts of the country too.
PS: I'm not very sure but just expressed my thoughts as we are talking about consulate/Hyd/how proud we should be etc in this thread.For those who know better or disagree with me please feel free to do so by posting in the thread but not by giving red/accompanying mssgs. These days I'm so cautious that unless absolutely sure I don't take any chances with posting on threads so as to avoid upsetting people even remotely. I am not surprised at logiclife's or the poll's reply. IV is an ultra-narrow organization that seeks to satisfy the founders' self-interest only. Don't be surprised if they drop you all like a hot potato once their interests are satisfied.

I think you have not read my question clearly. I suggest you read it before answering. I have not seen where the USCIS website asks for pending case numbers if we choose second option. I hope someone who has done this online can shed some light on this.

How can a illegal obtain a paycheck without using a stolen SSN, so there is no way CIR can pass in its current state which allows for a guest worker program. This would mean that any illegal who has stolen a SSN would not be eligible for Guest Worker program - which would be over 90% of illegals.

I am not getting any appointment in June with any doctor within 60 miles from my place. So I took an appointment with a doc 70+ miles away for end of june. The only problem is I need to go twice 70 miles one way. The clinic suggested I do the blood work in nearby county clinic, but the county clinic wants 7-10 days to get results of blood work. I asked them for HIV and Sephallius test to be done. I already got TB Skin test(tested negative) done at county clinic.
Can someone please tell what all blood tests need to be done, so I can check if any other doctor can do the blood work and I can save one 70 mile trip . Thanks.

Lets not get over board with excitment. Over doing it might be considered as harassment. Besides we have achieved the main goal of the campaign. Lets focus our resources to the rally. I think media attention thru flower campaign, rally and lawsuit are excellent strategies in increasing order of intensity to push for our cause. I'm glad you are excited to take this a step further, but lets focus our energy in the right direction!:)

I also paper filed EAD on 05/13/2008, Cheques cashed very next day and also received receipt notice by mail on 05/16/2008. So far no FP notices. I also read somewhere in the forum saying no FP's when paper file.

Do you think, I won't have problem even I do not have paystubs for October, 2008. I gave my OPT card, OPT I20 and latest pay stubs of Company B (until September 2008) and Company C (until June, 2009). Would they work? Please let me know. Thanks a lot for your advice.

# On October 28, 2008 employer B, filed an H1B Change of Employer and Extension of Stay petition on your behalf and you began employment under the impression that you were eligible for the benefit of portability. Since your H1B status was never activated, you were still in F-1 status at that time and were not eligible for the benefit of H1B portability. To date, no determination has been made on this application.
# On June 15, 2009 the Employer C filed a Change of Employer petition on your behalf and you began employment at Employer C.
Conclusion: The items that you have provided in response to the RFE show a sequence of events that may
make your extension of stay impossible. You were not in H1B status when employer B filed an H1B transfer for
you. This apparent lapse in visa status since the filing of the employer B H1B petition may exceed 180 days and
we recommend that you speak with an immigration attorney immediately to review your options.
I have attached a list of recommended immigration attorneys.
If one of the recommended immigration attorneys provides information in regard to your situation that would be
helpful in our response to the second RFE. Please forward all information by July 20th.
