The battery life point is a good one. I hadn't thought of that (battery life has never affected me since I charge up whenever I get home). They could increase the battery life for the next revisions. So battery life and storage.
And I guess increased storage could be used as a USB key. I'd like to see them get rid of the dock and go back to the Shuffle plugging right into your USB port. (I think this used to be the case? Never owned a Shuffle.) So useful for file storage. In that case, basically any size Shuffle could be useful.

This is a great offer. But how about unlimited calls to any states in the US? I think it would be very good for a subscriber who wants to call anywhere in the US. thanks.

I really liked this one. I've tried many other apps that gather the Album Cover art for iTunes songs/albums but this is the best by far.
It's called Clutter (http://www.sprote.com/clutter/).
Launch Clutter when you have iTunes open. As a song is playing, Clutter automatically looks up the album art. Once found, under the File menu select copy to iTunes and BAM, it's there for the WhOLE album. Sweet.
One note. If it doesn't find the art, just go under the File menu and choose "Find cover in Amazon". Just type in different variations of the artist or song and i'm sure it'll pop up.

OMG unbelievable !! I read on an artist site, that their iPhone and video cam was stolen right before their category was announced. Lalah Hathaway who was up for a Grammy in the Best R&B Female iphone was stolen while back stage. smh

Another point... I expect that TJ MAXX just bought up a bunch of the Refurbished iPads and is taking a $50 loss on each to get people in the stores.
The packaging, model and serial numbers indicate that they are new items originally purchased on October 25th, not refurbs.

My battery life has been SO bad since 4.3 that I have to recharge at lunch. No restore, reboot, reset settings, hard reboot, Ping, etc... has helped. Apple BETTER get this fixed. And no, I'm not jailbroken. Go figure.

So get the insurance for peace of mind. I'm sure you've spent more than $9 on worse things before. If you pack it well enough, technically you won't need it, but there's always the chance of loss/theft. Even that can't be prevented by good packaging.

I used MX-1 on my Radeon 9800XT when I installed an ATI silencer 3 (http://www.arctic.ac/en/p/cooling/eol/vga/252/ati-silencer-3.html) (it came with the ATI Silencer IIRC). It's been almost 4 years and no problems.

I have the red laser app on my phone for scanning barcodes and it no longer works. I added 3 other scanning apps and they don't work either. Does anyone have a solution? I turned the phone off for a while but that didn't fix the problem.

i just installed win7 64 on my macbook but the boot cmap control panel didnt instal, i tried doing it manually but i keep getting an error msg saying that bootcmap x64 cannot be installed...

So what do you have against teachers making more? If teachers made more competitive salaries, there would be more competition for teaching jobs, thus leading to better quality teachers, ultimately resulting in better education.
I'd rather spend an extra $100/yr for better teachers rather than helping to pay for Tom Cruise's 39 estates.
