Hi Guys!
By law how many days one is required to stay with sponsor after GC approval in EB2? What documents we will need to prove to USCIS at Citizenship interview to prove that we stayed with sponsor for "required" time.

Yes I changed job and my new company did the EB2 filing. It took roughly 9 months from starting the Ad, recruitment efforts, filing and approval.

I signed an agreement with my employer who is holding my H1 visa. Agreement is saying I should not work for same client for 1 year. While I am on project, client is offering me pertinent job. My employer is saying I should not accept the employment offer from client. If I ignore my employer and accepts the offer from my client, I am going to be in trouble?

My wife was not given an I-94 when she entered using TL instead her passport was stamped with the arrival date and initials "LPr". I am getting ready to apply for a new AP for us what should I write as her "Class of Admission"? Also do you foresee any issues with the AP renewal since I cannot send them a copy of an I-94?

It depends on why your L was denied. The standards for the L and the H are completely different. So usually a denial on an L will not be a factor in adjudicating an H petition. If your L was denied because you had not developed the company enough to show that it was a viable company at this point, then when you file the H they might question whether your company is large enough to warrant needing someone in your position (whatever the position may be).

If you belong to India then it depends on the state of residense. You can go to other consulates if you are a returning H1B, meaning this is not your first H1 stamping. For first time stamps they require one to go the consulate of the region they belong to.
